Hmmm...yes, my first drawing on the new 2draw will be an angel. Its like 1:31 am, so obviously there will be some kinks I need to work out. Oh, the type tool isn't working. Maybe I'm using it wrong? can anyone help me? Gahhhh...somethings bothering me about this...hopefully its something that can be worked out in color. Can one of the moderators grant me some more space to finish this pic please? I beseech thee. I cannot leave it uncompleted. Thanks ^_________________^ one more thing... Looking good so far! welcome back.as for the text tool, it uses your current brush (eraser, blur, etc.) to draw the text, so if you're not in paint brush mode, it won't do what you might expect. There are advantages though (being able to erase or blur with text instead of freehand). Also, for the crispiest text, use a 1x1 brush, but you can get interesting effects if you play with that as well (for example, text shadow). And last but not least, I highly recommend using java 2 if you aren't, because java 2 supports any font you have installed which is a lot better than the default 3 or so ones.

just the preliminary line art.EDIT: stage 2 of the line art Does anyone have a suggestion for the background? i have no idea what to do... i would appreciate your ideas ^-^ EDIT: well, at least i have a title ... my computer is freaking out, otherwise i'd finish this up now. darn. hmm...the mouse pointer-thingie is slowly dragging itself up the screen. that is really weird... a computer poltergeist maybe? EDIT:well, i had a lot of background stuff done, but my computer wouldn't save. yeah... i'm gonna color the characters first. EDIT: added blue light EDIT: added some color to the betrayer. this is obviously unfinished. i wanted to save this before my computer starts messing up ( i'm still working on it now though). wow, lascaux is much better than oekakiBBS *twitches at the mention of oekakiBBS*. lets see how it does with saving and continuing...yes, i like this a lot. i shall return...MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! uh...i dont know whats going on... WOOOOOO ok i got really scared for a minute...i thought that it didn't save all of my work. uh, then i pushed update... ^-^; i'm really quite happy with this picture. i think that it is my best so far. well...its not as smooth as i pictured it, but i suppose i like it anyway. hey! at least i finised it this time ^^! the hand is supposed to be really big, so its not that its out of proportion. so yeah...heres a little blurb i thought of last nigt as i was going to bed:> she shivers, and the icey breeze that is reality shakes her from her revery.
