on another note, for just a sketch thats amazingly well done!! but isn't it hard to gradually draw something in lascaux because the layers and everything is unsaved?

And it's just the sketch so it only needs to be on one layer anyway... then I was planning on doing it in steps..completely ink it... delete the sketch layer and sumbmit, then finish it off later with colors. I might actually do it that way anyway.

I really like what you're doing with this one! wonderfull coloring. I especially enjoy the lineweght in the cape.

I'm starting to like the theme you use in a lot of your pics too ^_^ great job :D

It looks very nice, and the shading is incredible. Only things that bug me are some of the outlines aren't as nice as others. Plus, the fonts you used seem out of place. I'm gonna take a risk and guess that you aren't the using java 2 plugin? Cause if you upgrade, it adds a bunch of features to lascaux, namely system font support (use any font you have installed, rather than the normal 3 or so limited ones) and antialiased font support. Plus lascaux runs a bit smoother overall...
But enough about that, great picture, it's nice to show off what people are capable of doing with lascaux. :-)

i just noticed now that the picture has a sketchy feel but smooth at the same time.... and marcelly does have a good point, the font does seem a little out of place but, not to the extent of ruining the overall feel! very very good. =)

this is so likeable. I love the clothes, background, colors...my only critique would be I wish she had more of a mouth. But, that's just my humble opinion. It's a fine draw!
