One more thing about crediting a person for a characters it will depend sometimes, because there are alot of cases that one will come to draw a character tha will in some case will look alike like other characters already created by other people.........
In this are called coinsidense, so yes we're living in a time were almost everything is already created in characters, so its really a shame that its really rear the time were one will see a whole new character created different from the rest of all other known characters...........
I know because I have experianced alot in all of my years with some of mines, so don't fell guilty if you created a character out of pure imagination or based on dreams because most of mines are based on dreams so don't fell bad that a character winds out looking alot like others, unless one sees a character and tries to copy or steal thats when theres trouble, but until then don't credit if its your creation, credit if it was isnpiration from a character OK...................X3

Hi Meno, keep at it, you will get the hang of it.
Sweetcell, different strokes for different folks, we don't all draw online for the same reasons. I did some very successful professional pieces here yet I prefer Sketchfu. Just comparing oranges and apples Sweets.

This is actually very nice. I mean, besides the intensity of that red sitting at the bottom as people have mentioned, I like the forms you've defined on her back all the way down to her 'rear'. It's kinda neat how it's like not quite realism and a bit stylized with some of the outlines showing through. Great 'first' draw :).

your lines are so loose and undefined, but the way you make your strokes makes the whole portrait so detailed and you capture a depth that you just can't do with just airbrushing (or whatever other tools) shading.

Yeah kinda. I had the ref up in PSP so I could look at it while I drew, used ALT + TAB to switch between the ref and Shi... look at ref alt + tab...draw...alt + tab... look at ref....alt + tab...draw...back and forth. Because the ref and the canvas don't fit on the screen without overlapping. Know what I mean Vern?
