Great job! Looks like it came straight out of the anime... except for the slight wavy-ness of the shadow line along the nose. Other than that, it ocks my socks right into the other room.

i love this too. the detail in the wings is awesome.. and the straw...i dont get it really...is this surrealism? reminds me of it:) and yes dragonflies do rule!

Erm...this is gona be my art final piece.....
I'm trying 2 encorperate Giger, Electron Microscope Stuff and kinda a fuse between organic things and robotics.
You have yet to see if this works....

the sketch is lovely. and im certainly not the best qualified to help...but one suggestion i will make is one that everyone told me...make the contrast of colors more distinct. thatll help shading in general...hair, skin, clothes...yea. but nice job. i like :)

Aww, cute BG. Spirals, original. The character itself has a big head o.0 He/She looks sad. I like the shininess of the hair! The shading on the clothes is cool, too. The eye away looks uneven, tho. Other than that, really good!

wow iceman...really good job on the shading! maybe still more contrast between your lights and darks...and something going on in the background? anyway, very good job! cant wait to see it finished! *and something i learned about hair...if you zoom in its easier to make the individual strands...*

oh thats neat. cool blurry bg...brings more focus to the dolphin...maybe ya did this on purpose, but if you use layers you can make it flow better b/w the bg and the pic. beautiful job tho, i love it
