She looks better with a habitat. Nice background. *And she stomped her feet, pulled her hair and pinched her nose, but she STILL did not feel any better!*. (A quote from Bony Legs The Witch) This is like one of my fav pics now. My daughter thinks its funny, 2. :) |

I like the green in the background , It draws more attention to the green eyes . It also brings her foreward to the forefront of your art.:)

You made it exactly like Nicole Kidman, although I think her eyebrows are more arched, but I think she looks better this way. I love your impressions of celebrities.

 Kloxboy
(Feb 5, 2004)
A portrait of my favorite TV character of all time, Archie Bunker. Actually, I hate TV fo the most part and those reality shows blow! I know, it's not photo realistic, it's not finished but it looked so painterly and cool, I say it's done. I used my mouse. Pic: http://www.angelfire.com/rings/cloxboy/archie.gif
     Axil62 (Feb 8, 2004)

Clox, this is a nice surprise from you, thanks.
     Look (Feb 8, 2004)

awesome portrait. It's actually nice you leave the hair unfinished, so it's more like a drawing than photo
     davincipoppalag (Feb 11, 2004)

you did this with a mouse??? Incredible likeness .. I can almost hear him saying "Stifle...Edith!" wonderful..

A quick picture to state that I am here, and to test out this so-called wonderful drawing program. I think I'll stick with Paint BBS. I draw on oekakis. I usually draw 50 times better than this. But this place looks pretty awesome, aside form the fact that none of the pictures I've seen so far has gotten over 3 comments.
     Soshell (Feb 6, 2004)

i always use oekaki-shi because its just plain easier...i dont care about the unlimited layers cuz ..i mean layers are good to have and all but ...i've never used more than four heh. i dont get lascaux at all, but if some people can use it without getting confused then more power to them :) i like this pic its very good for a first
     marcello (Feb 6, 2004)

remind me to make a survey as to how people like lascaux... I mean, I and many others find it way easier to use than shipainter advanced...
     dixielandcutie (Feb 6, 2004)

honestly lascaux is my favorite...the others are much harder to control in my opinion
     Neko (Feb 9, 2004)

Welcome! It's a very nice pic, but maybe it lacks detail? Then again, it's only a quick drawing, ne. |

I was just trying it out.. the oekaki here is quite a lot different from the one I usually use...is there some kind of manual somewhere as to how to use the tools properly?
     dixielandcutie (Feb 6, 2004)

WOW. thats really great for a first post! pretty! i dont know about a manuel tho...sorry
     Tuukke (Feb 6, 2004)

Nice.. (dixielandcutie, it doesn't take much if you have drew on computer before, just not here..) but still, that is very beautiful!! great job, continue the same way!! Cool
