grrrrinness i hate this mouse. . . .gets stuck every couple seconds. . . .i need a new one . .. oh well . . c&c please ^.^

there may be dust and such stuck in the rollerball area of the mouse.... you could take out the rollerball and insert a paperclip to take the fuzz off the sides of the mouse... no idea what the stuff is called, but hey....

I think maybe you should give the poor ellipse tool a rest, maybe try some freehand. Real artists use their hands and talent, not just tools on a paint program.
