there may be dust and such stuck in the rollerball area of the mouse.... you could take out the rollerball and insert a paperclip to take the fuzz off the sides of the mouse... no idea what the stuff is called, but hey....

Theres been a lot of computer-killing pictures lately. It's having a bad influence. My monitor is starting to look like it has a bulls eye painted on it . . .
