You'll know you have come far when you can draw a straight line without using the "line" tool.

It's been said over and over again, but ya gotta use shading.

Yeah. I like the pencil case and all... But seriously. Many people don't match their floor/carpet to their walls. The window needs a frame. It's just glued to the wall like a picture. And one more thing... More content. The picture is kind of dull. Add a stack of papers or something of the like.

WHEEEEE! Furi Kuri is the bestest! Well...besides Kenshin...and Trigun...and InuYasha...and Yu Yu Hakusho...but, oh, well! Is so cool! roughly based on this picture of the beautiful, wonderful, talented, perfect van tomiko of do as infinity, one of the awesomest bands ever. roughly.

it came out cruddy and took too short, so i'm posting it on beginner instead of intermediate, where i was going to post it.

aww it's very good Miki-chan, you shouldn't have been so hard on yourself when we were talking on the phone, lol. Anyways, it just seems like somehow the drawing got stretched, but it still looks very good, amazingly better than anything I could come up with. Not that...that's saying very much ^_^;;.

I tried to color the other tree so it could kinda match yours. I also messed around with the bush.. O.o; I can't color bushes, haha.
Very nice job on the grass! I can almost hear the breeze gently rustling through the blades of grass!
