Yeah, I said that. So, that's exactly my point. Even though it probably wouldn't hurt you if I said that to you, you assumed it wouldn't hurt me. Must you always find a fault in my drawings?

Hey,hey, hey...I never said all of them stink because none of them do! I don't always find a fault in your drawings. Look back at all my comments on your drawings, and I'm sure that you'll find that I have favored your drawings! And I hope that you do know that your pain is my pain. Now look at my drawings and you'll see that you said some of the same things. Please realize that it hurts my feelings a little when you get mad because of what I said. You learn from your mistakes, raenboe, which is exactly what you have to realize. Maybe you do. Many people have different meanings of what constructive critisizm means. Mine is that you have to be firm and truthful in the critisizm you give and you have to be careful how you say it, because some people are more sensitive than others. Not everyone is going to fall head-over-heels in love with your drawings, so just accept it...=3

Just wondering, is anyone else here going to the Anime North convention this weekend? My friends and I are doing a cosplay, I'll be dressed up as Meiling-chan from CCS. Anyone else going?

Artist..? Maybe.. 'Oekaki-er' sounded so... 'bleh' when put onto the title. So I settled to 'artist'. Its the closest to what I probably am. Nh. so.. I'm new here! Hullo, hullo, hullo. As you can see.. I'm not very new to oekaki at all... I just don't know the specific details and secrets of it yet.. and I hope to gain those secrets by practicing.. and blah blah blah. Just enjoy the picture.

Ahh god creepy they're exactly the same! Sorry. Now I've gotten that out . . . I clearly have some unresloved issues with coincidence. yeah this is really good. You should just say to hell with the practice boards and go straight to intermediate. that's what I say.

oooh shiney. heh. well its not like i want it.. i might work some more on it later but right now im gettin tired of messing around with it.guess which guy was 5th in line for the first public showing of the matrix in north america..? this guy. ..or girl.. but it doesnt sound as cool.. [edit] yeah i really dont like how the hand looks but its not cooperating with me... so oh well.. btw, i demand you all go on chat more often. me and mnemosyne have decided to start a 2draw chat trend. *nods* go. be merry.

This is what happens when I decide that, in one go, I'm gonna learn how to shade. I think it was fairly successful.

Hey not bad. Here are other shading/lighting styles. Paint bbs, Use watercolors darker lighter colors, or use the light-dark button. For oekaki, Use colors and gradualy make the color darker and blur the color to get shading, for reference look at my pic after this one, These are just sugestions, and im probably being confuzing so ill shut up no. =)

actually it was fairly sucessful. And to add to what knockoff said, there's a dodge and burn tool in oekaki too, which helps alot. And on the sliders of red green and blue, if you lower or raise each number by the same amount, them it will create the exact same colour either darker or lighter, which is perfect for shading.

Yay! My favourite movie! Okay, well, not really, but to hell with that because it's way up there. And that song, "this is Hallowe'en" gets stuck in my head like nothing else does, the only thing that gets it out is something like Kylie Minogue. But if you ever really get that stuck in your head them you just have to go jump off a very high wall because death is the only answer to some problems. This is why I don't listen to the radio.
