He probably tried. but as he crossed the street, a person in the other side dropped their grocerys and a can rolled onto the street and their little five year old son ran out to get it, and a furniture delivery truck was just coming to that part of the street. Luckily the truck skidded to a stop in the middle of the intersection and avoided hitting the little boy. Everyone heaved a sigh of releif. Thinking everything was alright now, and it was safe to cross the street, he (mystery man) did so. Just at that moment a jet black Honda Civic whipped around the corner, and expecting the light to be green, didn't hit the break until it was too late. He (mystery man) was smashed between the two metal vehicles. Shock reigned on high. The only sound was the honking horn that was depressed by the broken body of the Honda Civic's driver, as he had been thrown up onto the dashboard by the impact. That, and a little boy screaming. I'm so sorry . . .

(I know I have an overactive imagination. But if you ask a question like why someone won't come back, i will answer. *cringes* don't eat me. ) It's a very nice pic though. I like the colours.
