This looks like it could have been done on MS Paint. She's either extremely pale or transparent. Her hair looks like clay. She seems to have twisted her head backwards and is missing a neck. Her head is huge. After all that and more, you could have considered shading and a background.. shadowing.. good proportion. This could have been deleted, but I'm a nice guy. ;p So have a nice day.

Edit: VV is a crap head. Suck a toe.

That's a very nice effect you've got going with the sun and clouds, I do suggest in the course of it's completion; more hightlights on the water, a cloud colour of a less aggressive nature, and evening out those poles. All suggestions though! By no means do I pretend to tell you what to do with your picture, it's yours and yours alone.

WHEEEEE! Furi Kuri is the bestest! Well...besides Kenshin...and Trigun...and InuYasha...and Yu Yu Hakusho...but, oh, well! Is so cool! Her face shape is just a teeeensy bit off, but other than that and the eyes(which you said to excuse, so I will), this peice is great! Good work, Mafuyu! Who's you favorite character from the show? Mine's either Haruko or Naota! ^^

Wow, very cool, does indeed look rather like a church window... fancy church anyway, my church's window doesn't look like that.
A little less sharpen though, this strains the eyes a bit...

Very neat, it looks like a style that I can't put a name to just yet, but I think I've seen it before.
