This looks pretty schweet!! I can almost hear the sound of rushing waters and cool breeze over the mountains. It was as though "the hills are alive..."

I was seeing this awesome movie I bought, El Topo (The Mole), about a gunslinger in a extreme surrealist seting, it was so good... but the last few minutes of the movie were scratched or someting ;C Now I gota ask my unclefor his copy, but I won't see him in a week. Damn ò.o -

EDIT

Hmm... I ended just fooling around with lascaux as I thougt about how uncertain is the future D: And how can I achieve my self imposed long termed objectives.

To seize everything you ever wanted-One moment
Would you capture it or just let it slip?"

edit: the thumbnail looks 10x better, eh?

Reference pic is here but it's modified from the original pic, which happens to look like this one.

This is my first time using the Okshi program. It is hard to get used to from the other one but I think I did an ok painting. Please feel free to comment. Right now I see I need to fix the spout a little.

Cool drawing, he looks like me, big eyes as if he's also on a sugar-rush (just ate some selfmade honey-caramels)

I do the same fleet :D. Hiding from everybody I'm such a big pig. Each year we get a choccy bunny from work that is 20 inches. A LOT of bunny to devour.
MissA_sketches (Mar 18, 2008)
Wonderful draw! Very cute expression!

I'm a candy picker myself if they have them......eyes first, (ewwww....eyeless bunny!), then the candied flower! Yum! If not, then I'm an ears gal.....lol.
STARZSHINE (Mar 19, 2008)
OMG, lol, love this jp, you caught the candy eyes perfectly, lol, boy what childhood memories this evokes, lol, of course we always ate the ears off first! too cute, I am not even sure I have seen these hollow candy bunnies anywhere anymore, now most of the rabbits are covered in foil, what a shame though cause the easter baskets we had as children were so much more festive. again amazing work dahling! I used to love the sugar eggs that were a panorama, again, I don't think they make 'em anymore, too cost and labor intensive for this commercialism nowa days.
Xina54 (Mar 22, 2008)
ahh there you are! I heard you were over here. I'm afraid I couldn't take another bite - just stuffed a whole chocolate egg! He sure looks surprised to find himself earless . . .

Weird ear but very nice pic! Teeth done really well, I can't draw teeth so yeah.
Nose looks great, esp. nostrils.
QTgillie (Mar 16, 2008)
This guy looks just like my brother only about 25 years ago. He just turned 60. His red hair is turning pink....combo of white and red...tee hee.

I love this drawing by the way, great expresson and features and refllection etc etc. Is this you?

does the individual exist? do stored ideas and memories provide us with a false sense of self and separateness?

if you could excise specific parts of your brain, or add to it, would you? which direction would you choose? i am tempted to become a blissful vegetable, tripping out on the happier brain chemicals until i expire. in reality, given the choice i would probably go the other way and become an emotionless processor of information, losing my sense of self to become one with entirety.

Nice. :)
Kloxboy (Mar 16, 2008)
This is a neat drawing, I like the style and the details are especially eye catching.

Those are all interesting questions, very existential. Ever notice how some people constantly inflict intangible riddles and musings on themselves and others? They get lost in the intrigue and mystery of it all, and become analytical nightmares. Mind you, I'm not talking about your average inquirer or developing youth, I'm talking about people who think everything exists in the abstract and nothing is certain. They answer questions with questions. They philosophize in a way that doesn't stimulate the brain but only confuses and frustrates it. Those types of people, I tell ya, they drive me nuts. :D
Sweetcell (Mar 16, 2008)
So nice to see you here again. You still over at youdraw? Well your surreal pictures are always welcome and a treat for the eye.
