hehe...i see now that its siding...it does kinda look like a floor...i guess because there are no real shadows insinuating either one. I am by no means trying to impose here or anything...But honest advice is a good thing so i hope im not offending when i do give advice

I would of faded the wall into the focus. The white would of made this look awesome.
and maybe a little brown on the window frame to make It look old.

You have something good here but you weren't Consistent with It over the whole pic.

Oh deir, must work on it later.. friend just called and told me that we have a test tomorrow. Yay..... *_______*;; really hard one too! Chemistry... I hate you. But yeah.. I'm not sure how this is going. But I want to continue this, 'cause it looks okay now. Hair and skin are very hard.. must work on them.

i want a costume just like that. :D
the some solid color work you have there. its almost a shame you used pencil too, i would love to see more of your pen tool work.

talent shows through be it a tablet or mouse (as evident in this picture). i too draw with a mouse (not always) but a lot.
in all honesty fobix, if you want to learn how to draw you should look in the forums for tutorials and practice your ass off.
