try adding more contrast. you could do this by making a new layer with burn and filling it with various colors until you find something you like (or try other layer blending modes).

thanks peoples - Cello, I did try to mess with contrast using a different program, but it still looked like shit. The problem with this was that at some point I had switched from airbrush to paintbrush, and didn't realize for a while that I never switched back to airbrush, so it doesn't look as good as intended. But yes, contrast would help too, but I'm done with this sucker.

Why thank you DK, frankly his face is a little off (his nose was driving me bonkers) but I didn't want to spend an uber amount of time on it.
He's mah boy, yes.

All of the guitar talk made me draw this. D:

I was going to make this look better, but I realized Lascaux doesn't have a mask to just draw over color like on Shi. (I think it's Mask or Re-Mask?)

I guess I'll just settle with this and make it my icon. :O

Fountain of Life

I used htt'://files.meetup.com/1185-/anglo-saxon%20runes.gif for the runes which spell out "vita de fons" or in English, Fountan of life. This is based on an oil pastel that I did a while back, but I had a hard time with the texture on the castle in the program.
