I know I need practice. I used to be able to draw women on paper realistic and on here I can't seem to get it down. It is bugging me. :P I liked how the dragon came out though.

*sigh* Lascaux can be a bitch sometimes. Sorry you can't get back to this, but what you've done it looks complete to me. Seems to convey more anger through quick brush strokes then if you worked and worked on it (which is my own tendency) I see the dissatisfaction clearly. She's miffed. :)

every once in a while when the light comes through the kitchen window and she just happens to have things out for cooking, I can't help but see the beauty, so this time I made minor adjustments to the arrangement and took a pic for a ref.

it's strange I never saw the cover of the last book until the other day at your house. I just sort of came up with this from 3 or 4 refrences and it looks so much like the cover it's scary!

Nice work on the tones, though I think it wouldn't look as harsh if you used a darker grey then white around him. It's a little stark. I like the little design on his top. And if you want cleaner lineart on Oekaki, the airbrush and or watercolor tools work best. |

I love the shapes of this, and like davincipoppalag said, its fun to try and see new things in this.
It's cool to see how the colors flow. And as Punky already stated, the colors are especially good/fresh/interesting in this one.
I like also the red painting(previous) a lot!
