woot!! Great subject... The eyes are quite expressive... However, the beak could use some work...
emmamommalag (May 25, 2004)
How'd I miss this one? A pink griffin.. this is so different and very cool. I love it. :)
Knockoff (May 28, 2004)
I don't know why theres not more comments, this is really cool.
The colors are nice, I love the deatil, esp on the beak.
I like the way you did the feathers to show its windy. ;)!
Destervetha (Jul 9, 2004)
The colors are nice, the fur is lovely, but I just can't stand griffies without raptorial beaks! No matter how well rendered those offending beaks might be! *throws pudding at non-murderous beak*

At the very beginning of WWII they still wore the "tommy" style helmets . The GI Joe ones didnt come out until a bit later.

This is really excellent Cindy. The perspective is great and everything that everyone else mentioned that makes it that way :) It's action standing still.. just great.

I have another 2 hours left for my exam! I may have to do another after lunch... Sorry Marcello!
The timer is wrong.
It messed up just over half way I think. I had to refresh and restore.
I have surprised myself with these two exam pieces. ^_^ Yey!

Whoa....this is pretty damn good Fin.I'm just curious though on a critique note, does reflected light not apply to planets....?I'm not quite sure but I thought maybe the surrouding stars support that.
Koneko-sama (Nov 13, 2004)
This is beautiful. I would have quit halfway through if I had to draw so many stars.. >_o

This is my little dog Paige. She's everything to me. I felt like drawing her tonight but didn't really wanna do it from a picture.. so I drew this of her sleeping next to me on the bed. She was my model for the night lol.

Thank you everyone! Yes she is a beautiful dog :-D About the leg and tail.. the one leg is kinda hidden behind the other.. that's as much of it as i could see.. and the tail naturally is behind her legs. Yes I had to rush a bit cause I never knew when she'd move lol.

F*cking Hell.
Lost the damn thing. Well... It's a good job I took some screenshots! :D
Spose I probably spent another 2 - 3 hours on this.
You can see the finished piece here.
Didn't know if I was allowed to link it directly.

Marcello: This was just to prepare me for tomorrows exam. Please will you move it to another board. Thanks.
Lascaux came up with an error saying "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError", which I guess means that it was my computer got too low on resources. Am I right?
If I am right, it seems wierd because my computer did not seem slow at all. :s

Aubrey - Eh, who cares right, I feel like an ass for pointing it out...eh, but I did it for your benefit Aubrey, so it's Icats talent you see now and not Kasha's.
Aubrey (May 23, 2004)

You've got a date, Kasha, and sure, Axil... Me and you, right here, right now.. let's go. Uhuh. Thanks to all of you who commented, that's what makes drawing here such a pleasure and so much inspiration to do the next one. :)
edit: oh! I almost forgot! Icats: I thought about you today when I went to have my french tips done and I had to take my camels out to smoke because I can't smoke in the nail salon... and I am totally not kidding. :)
