So purdy DB :) the rays bring the sunlight so much closer and makes for such a dramatic yet purdiful picture.
laurael (Jun 29, 2004)
Love how you did this one...it 'is' very dramatic. Another beautiful work of dba art. :]
Zack (Jun 30, 2004)
Simply lovely. That's an explosion up ahead, right? I love the smell of napalm in the morning.
Anna (Jun 30, 2004)
:) ahhh This is so lovely to look at. The colors are beautiful. You captured the grandness of it all perfectly. |

The Infinate feeling of complete beauty, flawless in every way and perfect beyond all words imaginable. *ramble-ramble-ramble* I just wanted to try something different...more scenery this time instead of character depictions. :D
davincipoppalag (Jul 8, 2004)
He/she is still at it? KH if you have so much to say go draw something so we can make nasty accusatory comments on your stuff
Cordelia_Pink (Jul 13, 2004)
Holy--!!! lol I see the sunset! Or sunrise, I guess. lol Unbelievable. It's like I woke up on a plane and thats, like, the first thing I see once the clouds subsided. Good job. =)

Fantastic drawing! I liked the balloon guy, the crazy guy with the lightning but I loved the floating meatball with the so many eyes! It could move so fast! Hehe, it was so cute... <:)I am sure the Mortal Kombat video game was inspired by that movie, many of the video game characters resemble some of the movie. Also, old people are sexy! >:D |XOD|
Kloxboy (Jun 30, 2004)
I would like to see more movies like BTILC now, the movie has a great story and the action is rarely cheesy like you see in the newer movies. Mortal Kombat could have been a cooler movie if it was more serious, if it had a better story development and less of a "good guys destroy the bad guys" set up. BTILC was solid, unique characters and some of the little details about Chinese culture make it a little bit more believable than just straight "monsters fighting the hero" fiction. Most fiction/fantasy films that entail a lot of fighting and action I watch once and never want to watch them again but I've seen BTILC about 12-15 now.
Bumble_Beez (Jul 2, 2004)
MEEP! -runs and hides- Good job though.

Wonder what he's been given a second chance at... All those pictures on the wall are neat Zep :) I like the big one of all the people dancing too.
mx (Jun 25, 2004)
He does look lonely and hopeless...I like the fact that uve used b&w for the pics in the backround, making it stand back from the colour of his face. Thank the Lord there is hope go well (ps. and nice style) mx
Turtlebuster (Jul 28, 2004)
You're about my favorite artist here.
davincipoppalag (Jul 29, 2004)

The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, prejudices -- to be found in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy, and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all its own -- for the children and the children yet unborn. And the pity of it is that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone. Rod Serling (1924 - 1975) I believe he was one of the most creative geniuses of our time, and changed the way we view the world. This one is for the others who were knob-clicking, rabbit-ear adjusting kids who loved him like I did. (I couldn't find any one reference picture that I was happy with, so I just sort of combined stuff I found)
backmagicwoman (Sep 4, 2009)
Now that is an odd thing....Not the picture..it's amazing...
dorothyblueeyes (Nov 10, 2009)
--to which I might add, that many ideas have died on the vine, cause, basically,"with wisdom alone you don;'t go to market."this guy needed a tv. network, and cash,or else the twilight zone would just be an idea in a notebook,in the trash. Even microsoft needed some money to get started. Its one of the main reason we "babyboomers"were so creative,in the 60's,the economy was good, there were jobs,ect.ect. We had the fuel. Gotta have the fuel. It'll be interesting to see what happens to creativity in this era,in the US,and the future;already reality shows on t.v. stink to the Heavens, ugh.TV has never been so bad.Reality shows cost less to make,no writers to pay.But tv stinks so bad,I rarely watch it. During the 60's,we had so much good tv, it was dizzying. sigh.Twilight Zone looks so good now.

sdbored.
emmamommalag (Jun 20, 2004)
Very nice, Kasha. Simple lines yet great muscle and skin detail with the shading and coloring.. good job. I like how the watercolor-y background washes over the actual subject. Nice effect. :)
Axil62 (edited Jun 20, 2004)
I would have commented earlier but sometimes I feel like I'm just being redundant because you know how I love your stuff.
davincipoppalag (Jun 20, 2004)
Interesting look to this one miss Kasha.. He looks a bit effeminate to me because his back has that sort of graceful smoothness a woman might have (well except for the lady welders and high iron workers). |

I was watching Chamber of Secrets for the first time and was actually surprised to see Jason in the film. *laughs to self* I thought the blond hair was striking on him so I managed to scrape out this pic from an image not even half of the size I drew it from. Gotta love those chilling eyes! *shivers* :D
Ty854 (Jun 19, 2004)
Haha! i thought that his snake staff was one of those animal mouth grabbers. you know wheres the mouth clamps down and opens back up. awwww, but harry potter is a good movie. My uncles make fun of me by calling me hairy potter. my hair and glasses look like him or sumtin i guess......
Paranoidkittie (Jun 22, 2004)
this is really good, but is it just me or is his mouth a little small...
MC.Cracka (Jun 24, 2004)
