My first and last contirbute to the theme board as is my last contribute to 2draw as well. I've decided to leave under circumstances of feeling it being unfair that I'm unable to support the site by donation, as Marcello has so bluntly stated many times that he needs to keep this wonderful site up and running, and therefore will not take advantage of such a despirate situation. I've enjoyed all the lovely comments on my work here on 2draw as the talent of the many other artists. And so with out further adue...I leave you all in the midst with this image and say farewell and happy sketching for those who've come to love Oekaki as I have. ~Chow

It's Squall.......very nice......I just read your comment not knowing you were going to leave for good until just now, but that's pretty depressing^^;.So I'm gonna add to this right now.You probably don't know who I am, but I'd just like to say it's been a pleasure seeing your great artwork.I would have to say I especially enjoyed viewing all your FF stuff, being a big fan myself(just look at all my drawings and it's obvious^^;).Anyways, I hope you find your way with art in the future......I mean a career in some art field if that's what your after since after all.....you got the talent.This is very sad......but......farewell and good luck.

If you leave, you leave. Not as though 2Draw would suffer without you, but I'm sure it would be a loss.

I hope you have a goddamn better reason than that to leave...
There is a reason I am not charging admission to 2draw. For one, not everyone can afford to donate at all (what's the point of a donation if it's required, what's the point of a free site if you have to donate?), but I would frankly rather have people who can draw like you than people who can donate large wads of cash (not that one cannot do both ;-) ). Most "real" artists are always broke anyway, right? ;)

But anyway, people leaving for that reason is exactly what I do not want. 2draw is not supposed to be a "commercialistic" environment.

As for the pic, that is awesome. I love to color in his eyes and the feel of the pic overall :)

He's Gorgeous! If you are really leaving, I'm going to miss seeing all your spectacular artwork. *tear* Good luck wherever you end up posting, but I wish you would stay. This is a free site, and I'm sure you're not the only good artist who cannot donate. This is a wonderful picture for a last submission, though. Marvelous way to be remembered.

Damn masterful... and for the record, IMO your staying can only help marcello out. If a site like this doesn't have awesome artists creating inspiring drawings then it is less likely to attract people, donaters included =/.

Very awesome pic!! Hope you land somewhere in the art field like Gigandas said and also I agree we need artists like you for the site to keep it up and you know you dont have to think about donating...just think about drawing and stuff...cuz most artist dont pay their bills anyays...mostly spend time on drawing and spending stuff...thats why their broke. XD XP. Well anyways if you dont want to stay then good luck to you and always draw and also feel free to come back whenever you want we'll always welcome you back...well at least I will! ^^

i know it takes a lot of skill to properly rip off a picture off the internet of a final fantasy picture, but this is just amazing. i like how his eyes are unnaturally and freakishly long and none of the textures match or look good in any context. good job
