i'm never going to finish that picture... and i hope i don't inspire a fan club. the last thing anyone needs are groupies...anyway, back on topic, i like the flower stuff, but the mask is out of place or something. doesn't quite fit right. texture is out of place maybe.

i did see ur mask and its way etter than mine..u should finish it..i'm kinda fustrated with this b/c the animation messed it up when i went back to finish..but i actually have a mardigras mask like this its socool.i just wanted to draw it ^.^that and i hate my stupid mouse >.< thanksfer commenting ^^ |

If you didn't notice already, the boards have moved around quite a bit. If you are looking for images, they are all still there, and nothing has been removed. The OekakiBBS practice board has now merged with the PaintBBS to help organize 2draw.net in preparation for what's to come. In addition the AsciiBBS board has been promoted from practice status to intermediate, and moved to a new miscellaneous boards category.

marcello is also a good influence, helps getting the ideas going and can tell me sometimes if something will work or not, or give suggestions on the tools. if you haven't messed with lascaux sketch (layers, colors, blending options, brush size and shape here).... you should. experiment at every turn, and you'll learn some new way of doing things (or you'll uncover some bug, lol). other than this, work on your art until you feel it's done. if you look at it, and find something amiss, fix it right then and there. sometimes i'll mess with it... create 50x new layers that all do something different, and then scrap it all. this is where having your changes on a different layer helps. this started out as a cue ball btw... yeah.... too much time on my hands here.
