Came around to check your gallery since I've missed so much lately, and this one in particular caught my eye. I have often thought of doing one of some photos from NASA in Houston, since I'm from the area, been visiting recently, and really familiar with it, but haven't had time.This one turned out great. My favorite thing is the area to the right. This is a good piece of art.

She does look "content" but in all actuallity I don't think larger women are content. I know by experience we give off that aura to throw people off. :-) Beautiful draw though, I especially love the dimple you added to her left butt cheek. Skin tones are awesome and I wish people would do more drawings of larger women and do them this beautifully.

That is so cute. Looks like that ape from Disney's Tarzan... no wait, or that show "Going Bananas" i think... haven't seen it in ages. anyhow, I love watching the animation for this. I truly admire your precision for detail and texture. I love doing realism but I find myself losing patience after an hour or so. Anyhow keep doing what you love, your technique is awesome. :D

this is very beautiful. The lighting, the style, the technique are reminiscent of Vermeer or one of the Renaissance artists. Exquisitly done!I am not sure I get it either Dave, but I know I am way better at copying or having a model or something to look at than I am making the entire pic up in my own brain.
