the white around the edges of the eye and curvy lines kind of takes away from the picture. Also the shape of the eye should be made smoother/thinner. Although the idea and composition is very good.

I'd try not to use the shape tools, and maybe use a softer tool so it doesn't look so pixelly. You should try copying a picture of any eye and adding whatever extra effects you want to after that, just so you have the basic shape and idea. |

You need to memo a mod, and paste the url of this in the memo and ask for some more space. It's really quite a good drawing. It's interesting, unusual,and should be finished.

the problem isn't the time it's done in. It's done in the proper limit. It simply just not good enough for intermediate.
