The wings are supposed to be gold, but I aren't that good at drawing metal, any tips on how to make it look better?

ok go to a search engine, such as google, and in the image search type 'gold' or 'metal' and look at the pics there.

I guess I have no explaination for this picture, just an improvisation, and experiment with halftones.
