that eraser/smooth tool is tasty.

i'd like to thank cello for making the beginner board canvas bigger. that way i can make large pictures without ever having to conquer my fear of intermediate. :D

I love shi-painter, you know that? I was afraid of any and all paint applets, but I'm drawn to this one just for the pen tool. You and the pen tool have a definite chemistry. o_O;

Anyway, the blending of the blue and red with the black is awesome. The colours make it seem like a red alert is flashing. I love seeing different interpretations of the Alien.

Alright, i'm likeing how this is progressing. I'll try to find the reference pic so I can finish it later.
EDIT: uh.. for some reason nothing happened when i tried to make any paint command. nothing froze -- i could still add layers/visibility/select tools but nothing came out of the tools... I didn't do a whole lot, but i certainly haven't reached the size limit.
EDIT: ok... it's done, or at least as far as I care to make it done. this is not original in any way. it's a less impressive version of a painting i saw on a spammy photography website.

Ok, I need people to test that their timezone displays the correct time on the following page for you: Please post if it's right or wrong, and which timezone you're in, but please don't post if someone has already said your timezone works. I particularly want people with weirdish timezones to let me know it works alright for them.

There are some rules on certain Oekaki Boards that say that people are not allowed to post tiny little worthless comments, correct? Why isn't that applied here, I wonder... I know it's kind of a big job to eliminate all comments that are below ten to fifteen words, but it's kind of annoying to see some comments such as... "its not much i just thought id draw" "ok thaks for comenting" "it's bad i kno" "yeah good job" etc, etc... I mean, some people post tons of times on single pictures,...

naw, everything from the 2draw v1.0 lascaux large board was moved to advanced, but not everything on that board actually belongs in the advanced board. The idea is that we're all too lazy to go and move old pictures to appropriate boards.

elana, you missed version 1. the boards were organized differently. id think marcello means the old stuff is just left where it was when he reorganized it. it used to be organized by applet and now its organized by skill level.
