I realize a brief description of each tool appears when you hold the cursor over the tool, but not all of us grew up with these infernal machines. To some of us, a CD is still a bank product, and telephones still have wires attached and it would be helpful.. The descriptions that appear really don't go far to explain what the tool is actually for, ie: what effects you can achieve by using it, or how to use it effectively. I th...

I just really love this, the idea, the colors, everything. You did a great job on it, and the calligraphy isn't bad either.

I watched a thing about that on good morning america the other day. It's horrible, what some people do to each other.
evil_cloud (Mar 13, 2004)

i have a friend who trembles every time it storms, she grew up in israel, my bf tells of hiding under the bed while fighter jets roared overhead as a small child in pakistan, a neighbor lost a cousin in oklahoma, a penpal of mine became ill when riacin( i think) was dropped into a crowded subway in tokyo, thanks to god i have had a safe life, always watching these tragedies on the t.v. but it always touches everyone in a way. im sorry.

take a look at brushes gallery...the glass picture she did recently..
Harmanye (Mar 10, 2004)
That would be Brush4 BTW. But this is a nice start, I like the shading on the furthest part of the glass.

PS. Glass is Evil.
PSS. Really Evil.
davincipoppalag (Mar 10, 2004)
yea her.. lol thanks for the assist Harmanye.. and I agree... Glass is the devil's creation!
brushes4 (Mar 15, 2004)
oh gee...blush, actually brushes4_ is my nick at pogo.com( im a game freak lol), and it stuck( actually im too lazy to think up new names and remember them, and i find it quite a compliment that yu dave, suggested that frappa look at my stuff, and that yu harmanye would be so specific. and frappa this is nice, the shading is great on the far side of the glass, and the swell and splash of the wine is a great touch. heehee i dont dare try water, or liquid...can never get the motion down for that. good job!

Just practicing slightly (~_^) more realistic female form.

Eheh. Yes, the timer is horribly wrong, I just didn't want to submit untiul I was finished, and then I got sidetracked 0_0

I hope it's alright for Intermediate, I wanted a larger canvas size, so I couldn't put it on the beginner board ^^;

It appears as though her master has told her to sweep the dirt off the ground...

That's odd, in my studio it says this picture was set unfinished twice, 2 and 5 minutes after I submitted the finished version... which means a 14 point reduction. Most strange, because it says finished on the image page...
And again... Most odd.
Would it say by moderator if a moderator were doing it?
