That it does my friend... I love the smoke. The shading on the unburnt part is lovely too!

Fast food kills people also. I say, "if you enjoy it, do it." I really like this one, it looks like a watercolor.

Drawing also alleviates; headaches, constipation, depression, shingles and scurvy. Ahhhhh, the medicinal power of drawing, it's aaaaamazing!

I found some very good refs for the male figure.
I feel like studying them.
This one is from a Demidov Vladimir,

loomis is great. His books used to be online. Apparently not now though.

Theres a Andrew Loomis book on "human anatomy for artists online" website.

Simple yet interesting pose. The subject has a good build too. For the lack of details in area this shows a lot. I think you did best on the legs and torso.
SYTHE (May 12, 2006)
This is an awsome quick sketch. You have a superb anatomical understanding, great pic.

If you want, you can critique - I like hearing feedback. Thing is, also know that I worked halfheartedly on this and I didn't really want to finish it. So don't tell me things about how the arm is too white or something. Tell me anatomy things. Like the scapula on the left is off, etc.
Thanks, y'all. :)

If he were "bowfishing" that reptile might think twice. :)
SYTHE (May 12, 2006)
Bowfishing?!? Come on, that's like shooting fish in a barrel (nerd laugh), funny pic.

Just a quick doodle of SD E.D.E.N., looks like she was playing. She'll sleep well tonite. You can learn more about her story here
P.S. I did NOT take me two hours to doodle this, I had to run errands in between. It actually took me less than an hour.

SYTHE (May 12, 2006)
You look like a retired Marine, from now on I'll refer to you as Mr. Axil-Sir. Self portraits are always the most difficult, great job.

Wow I had no idea that Hasboro had a hand in WW2. Was the Axis of Power; Lego, Hasboro and Mattel? They were batteling the evil Fisherprice Empire.
