You should switch to decaf. If you get a chance, check out 'Dynamic Anatomy' it will give you a good understanding of the human body. Even people who draw cartoons need a good anatomical understanding. :) |

Maybe he's holding some kinda of binocular pinpointing device. The bloke can pinpoint and then the tank fires automatically! :OLove the angles in this piece. Great draw! :)

actually terracotta, that's a new 2draw feature I'm testing out on random accounts. it deduces the content of the picture and generates appropriate sound effects/ambient music when possible

I find it interesting how you flip the image several times when you did this... He looks like one of those murderous clown types, dark and scary.

I really like what you are doing. There is something odd about the spoon though :-/ I can't place it, and I also can't wait to see this finishedMurr. I'm getting kinda sick of this. I don't think I'm gonna finish it.

EEEEEEEEEEEEE I drew a bubble!!! It is really hard to draw something that is mostly nothing...I used no reference, I did however spend about 20 minutes looking a different bubbles to get the basic idea down. Definately has room for improvement but I am proud of it. The timer is off but I did spend at least 30 minutes on it.

In all this. I was simply saying that Kraisa did a wonderful job drawing this from her memory reference and that I can't do it without looking at a physical reference. As Zack said, its all semantics, really, I was just making an observation and in no way did I intend to disparage this wonderful piece ((Kraisa))

LOL I never came back to see what happened after my last comment on this. It seems I sparked quite a debate! I appreciate the kudos for my picture. I understand the different points of view. I had never seen someone told that a picture was ref. when the atist mentioned that it wasn't I guess that is why I was insulted. That and I was feeling particularlly moody that day.(I can see how it was most likely merely a way to play on words and their meanings) Really really no hard feelings held towards any of you! Though it was nice to see people talking without coming up with crap like "yeah well your mom!" Each comment seems to be a well thought out statement of opinions! It was actually refreshing.

Just an idea I had for a short 8-10 page comic. This is the main character, Thanks Maiko and SYTHE for helping! (almost went with SYTHE's name idea pan, but after further research I liked the definition of Epoch)

Ugh, the hiccups are the bane of any artist. I like the diffuse-y look you've got going here, though the lines look a tad bit jagged in some places. nice anatomy, I hate doing feet, I need to make a picture of just feet just to train myself, one of these days XD.Awesome hair, kinda reminds me of those Korean dolls, like at Candybar.
