i find this painting of mine a bit odd....it reminds me very much of some russian style paintings/statues...almost communistic, but not as good of course

I don't know what you had in mind as your initial intention for this piece, but if it isn't what you envisioned it would be.... be satisfied for what it is now... it's a very interesting piece of art. I like the way the lines and colors meet and are all fluid together. You achieved something very aesthetically pleasing here. |

I had a lot of fun looking at all the funny gnomes. Everyone did a great job last week. I usually decide on a contest idea and then write a story about it to help inspire people who arent sure how to approach the contest. There are a bit too much (to me, anyway) of comments that say "wow" and "awesome" and the occasional "glomps". While my point is NOT the "rules about comments" (DON'T try to argue with me) the praise is meaningless now. any picture thats any good or if its anime gets all these comments all the time. now praise seems to mean practically nothing. What's your opinion?
