Despite the tiny issue (very tiny issue, it doesn't stand out that much) with that one eye, this rocks. I love the background and the hair.

It looks like a badly-executed watercolor! Believe it or not, this is what my watercolors actually look like... blurry, blotchy, scratchy and sketchy! Blah, oh well.

well I decided to try out my sisters style of drawing and i think i might be getting the hang of it... i kind of like her eyes... I ll fix her up some more soon

very nice use of pastels.... interesting expression.... her eyes kind of have a faraway look about them... good job! my only suggestion is that you add some kind of a background to it all.
