If that thing came after me I'd be to scared to care about *anything*..! I like how you used the grey for the brighter parts. Perhaps it would be even scarier with a "body shaped" shadow?

Probably. I dunno.I don't think The Shadows casted shadows on B5... I haven't seen the Shadow episodes in awhile though.

Geez, did you branch this guy out of Spark Mandrill from Megaman X???The gold shoulder plates and the hunch reminded me of him^^;.Even if that's the case, nice job with all the details.I wouldn't even know where to start drawing a robot^^;.I gotta say I like the smoke coming off his blown off left arm too.

Thanks everyone! Nah Gig, the similarity hadn't even occured to me. That happens though... I just kind of mix and match different forms in my head until I have a concept that I think will look cool, and a lot of times I haven't mixed stuff up as much as I think I have, kind of like how Robot No. 2 ended up looking like Samus. Of course, you draw a certain kind of thing enough times and you'll have coincidences like that. I'll have to try breaking out of my usual design concepts for the next robot. |

a dragon ^_^. i'm sorry if it is hard to distinguish where it's body parts are. this was a fun sketch to do. and i can't believe it took me that long. i tried to make the bg look like manilla paper that was rough and burnt around the edges, like it was part of a scroll....

Superb! I can't believe I missed this. Reminds me of Dinoflorist. It does indeed look like a sketch on paper, perhaps something you would find in, if you lived like.... in a whole 'nother universe ... something you'd find in a book of wizardy and summoning. And despite the sketchyness, the details are quite easy to make out :D

the intention for this one is for it to eventually be an image for ze site. honest opinions on the doodles before i start lines? yeah her dreads are kinda roughed out still but meah.and as well im trashing my old site name. "shounens-eye" was funny in 9th grade but now a) im not really into yaoi as much and b) its kinda lame. i want something a little more serious but not all i-listen-to-flowers-cry. (lol someone on deviantarts interests include listening to flowers cry. i had to laugh.) any ideas? im not too lingustically creative. my vocab is teeny. lingustically was a stretch. and i probably spelled it wrong. hm.

Wow, this is a really pretty picture. I especially enjoy her expression, it looks like she's sitting outside, trying to see who's coming down her street. The hair rocks my face off, and the shading is supa-soft. Great picture!

I've heard it is spectacular.I love the silhouette look to this picture. I think, given a choice, I"d visit Scotland again instead of going to New York for the first time, though XD Or maybe I'd go to St.Louis and up the Arch again. Then I'd get to see my Grandma. Not that she lives in the Arch, just that my Grandma is in the St. Louis area and I'd visit the Arch with her...
