This is an original character from an X-men fanfic me and my roomie are currently in the process of creating/writing. This is my first time really using Lascaux, and....I don't know if I like it! I understand that it's powerful and everything, but I wish there was an essay on how to use it somewhere. |

Wow. This is great just like this, I can't wait to see how fantastic it will be when it's finished!I like the hair especially (But nanibunny is right, the ponytail does seem a tad low, or is it the angle her head is at?), and I think you could leave like this, of course, I kinda go for the 'minimal colours' thing, myself. ^_^

wowo...i want red eyes....so coools.damn your shading and backgrounds skills. *grabs Shuichi-chan's frozen fish and gives her a potato peeler* here, use this. Smigogamy is good, better than beating ones self with frozen fish. |

Nice job, I like the background, and the person... demon... thing, it looks great ^_^.The could be filled in and shaded, but thats just my personal preferance, it's your picture, after all :) K U T G W

Thanks ^^ Eh, well I suppose I would have filled it in and shaded if I had more patience. I'm still not completely sure how to use all the tools on these applets. I wish it were more like photoshop n.n Next time I promise to try and fill it in and shade it. <3 //~ashu~// |

Eruh, thanks Taori... ^_^ Where's the flattery? ^_~Dragon_girl: Considering I have done what I think is several different styles of drawings; semi-realism, pseudo-Anime, nearly-Neko, (okay, enough with the almosts-), and such, your friend must be a very flexible person. Does s/he have a name? Is s/he on 2draw? Where can I get a copy of his/her drawings? Alright, I was tired of this hanging around unfinished, so, to fix the problem, it is now FINISHED. I am -so- smart. Okay, maybe not, but I'm good at pretending that I am.

Oh, pretty. The nose looks great, but I think the eyes could use a little more depth. Lips are nice too. ^^

Very pretty :) quite delicate looking, like a china doll.A very nifty nose, I've always found straight-on noses hard to do, and the eyes are something marvelous, as is everything else ^_^ Is that timer believable? Eee... that makes it all the better ^^;

Whee :) Pretty. Shading would be nice, but since you're new... what am I saying? I'm new. Oh well, shading is hard, but perhaps some cell shading would be too difficult? Oh, anyway. very nice ^_^ the expression is cute. |

Please critique; I know I'm over the limit, but it will help me later on next time I draw. Does anyone recongnize the painting? Eh? No? Drat. P.S. Also practicing line-art, how am I doing? -A girl of rogue-like appearance catches your eye, she is obviously a thief of some sort. Although from the look of her she isn't very skillful, you still feel it would be best to be careful and avoid her.-

The road and stuff is done well, its just the perspective, i think, is a bit wrong. I really love how you did her hair and the shading on her shirt, very keen.

The road is on a hill actually, but perhaps I made it a bit too steep, ah well... Better next time :) And thanks for the tip about the thumb, I probably wouldn't have noticed that on my own... obvously. Feathers actually, two :) One dove and one crow, which is why I argued with myself about my Feather Mark being redundant.Very Large Feathers. Copyrighted... well, no, not really. The grass was simple but brain draining as it was just doing the same line over and over again sometimes witha different colour, I shaded a 'flat' plane (although it curved to accomadae a wee bit o' waterfall), then when over it with the lines one or two shades lighter than the ground beneath them... aw 'eck, watch the animation, 66; me no can talk, very late, yesss preciousss. Thanks for all your comments, anyway ^_^

Nice picture Childlike_Vampire, I like the hair especially and the simplistic shading (Unless you're planning to expend on that, but it's still cool.)
And it's big, I'm not good with big pictures and personally, I admire anyone who can pull them off nicely.

This is Mishie, her name means gateway. Her power is to open portals, but she can only bring organic things through. For instance, in the start of our story, Magneto tosses a bus through one of her portals, and the people inside go through it but the bus hits the ground. She is the bad guy in an alternate dimension, which Magneto and the X-Men are visiting. Bla bla lots of reasons. We still have to give her a few lackeys, but we have our core team of good guys, which I'll be drawing next.
Edit- HA! Good point Marcello...didn't even think of that! But cotton comes from a plant, leather comes from a cow...and it's our fic so we can tweak it where she only wears all organic clothes...too bad for some of the polyester wearing people on the bus though, huh....
