I never really used a camera before. I took these pics to test out my new Computer and Printer. I use a crapy digital camera that puts a blur of light at the bottom right of every pic. Am I any good at taking pics??? 1 2 3 4 [url:http://home.ripway.com...

Its being buggy so the layers are disspaearing.okay it stopped being buggy. i still think shi-painter needs checked though. GO trey! Trey's cool!

Here are some questions i have always wanted to know, i wanna see your opinion. 1. Is it "marchello" or "Marsello"? 2. Which came first, the chicken or the egg? 3. Is there really lifeforms out in space? if so, are they friendly or bad? I think the egg came first I think there is lifeforms and there friendly.

Here is an interesting question that hasn't been discussed yet (I think). I don't personally think that 2draw has really taken in a large percentage of "professional" artists out there (and that's not a problem). But do you think that even so, 2draw can begin to achieve works of this quality as an example? Or this? Or this?...

Okay, I might just start posting some pencil sketches I like from now on. I just made this lil guy up cause he was begging to be put down on to paper :-/. Think it may have unconsciously been inspired by the TMNT robot enemies. (again, click on pic for full-view)

My first attempt on 2draw and with lascaux. Used optical mouse at work. I'm too used to drawing with a pen and tablet, my fingers are hurting.

Finally, someone who actually put effort into getting the shape of an eye :). Okay, onto c & c!The tear duct could be more shimmery to make it look more natural as opposed to a stiff-plastic duct (remember, just because it's not in a reference, doesn't mean you can't use the artist's touch). Don't be afaid to define more of the creases below the eyes, but pay attention to how thick they are, and their exact placement. Another thing you might look at is the ends of the iris as you will see they are rather dark as opposed to the middle region of the iris. Also, add more variations in value in the iris; that might help with the crispness in the details there so it's not all smudged up together without definition. Well, hopefully these tips will help you more in the future :). Of course, you're already doing pretty well, so I'm sure you will get even better with time. |
