When was the first time that you were inspired to be an artist? And how did you get inspired? Or were you those people who started drawing since you were able to pick up a pencil?

It was a puma at first, and it turned into RED XIII! :O gaspanyway, yeah, the timer is wrong, I had to pretend I was drawing half the time so my dad would let me stay online plus I was busy hitting on Zer >:] lolol yeah, enjoy |

There's no mistake that it's Jesse McCartney from the moment I saw the thumbnail. I mean, seriously, that's GOT to be HIM. 'Beautiful Soul' started playing in my head instantly. This is great. I'm not like 'ga-ga' over him like some other girls are just 'cause he's blonde, and cute and typically a young singing sensation heartthrob (like back in those Leo DiCaprio days lmao). Looks just like him. For those people who've never heard of him, if you're interested: he's on this tv show called 'Summertime', in which I haven't watched in a long time now lol, and his hit single's called 'Beautiful Soul'--you probably have heard it on some music award shows or even in radios. :) This is a great picture.

I've known people that will say that the term "artist" should only be used for a "true artist" and that quality is a factor, and that it makes the word into something cheap when it's used to describe anybody who mades an image (the same way I can make a cabinet but that doesn't make me a carpenter). I've also known people on the other extreme that will say that art is anything someone makes, even if it were just a single line on a sheet of paper, and therefore anyone that makes images is an arti...

The large yellow rectangle is made of nine perfect squares. If the area of the yellow square in the middle is four square inches, is it possible to find the area of the large yellow rectangle? If so, what is the area? If not, why not?Hint: The proportions are intentionally distorted, don't try measuring the picture. PS: math roxors your boxors.

I find this very interesting that there are people like you who are interested enough to figure things out like this. I'm also glad there are people like you in the world. With people like you in the world, that means that I don't have to give a damn about this kind of math.Don't get me wrong, I am pretty good at math, I'm just not interested in it. Boring boring unfun useless to my particular happily oblivious American lifestyle. I'm damn good at cashier math though. One of the fastest cashiers you'll ever meet. I don't need the register to tell me how much something will cost plus tax or how much change you'll need or how much three of that item as opposed to one it will cost. The register is there so I can be lazy. haha. Great way to combine art and math and get people to think. And cute laurels. I'm jealous. :P

i recognized him immediatly! good job--so glad to see someone other than jim morrison or john lennon up here. i wouln't change anytning on the face. i might add a little more "volume" to his shoulders. i like the way you drew his face in a sketchy treatment, but his body is graphic. maybe you can add in a bold horizontal rainbow to compliment all the gray. |
