That artist is one of my favorites. A while back I save just about all their art onto my computer so I could oogle at it whenever. I think this not only looks a lot like what they make but also shows your own self in how you handled it. It's not just a simple copy to me.

Did this artist also do the design for the characters in the video games, Disgaea and Phantom Brave? Looks identical to their styled characters. I thought they also look like this in FF Tactics too.

It's a TV show? I don't see the relation though. Since the artist Zack's working from draws his anime characters in a more stylistic way and what I'm given in that link just looks like any common anime :-/.
