Actually I've noticed those who aren't awesomly good at drawing turn out to be awesome coloring peoples. I'm not awesomely good either, I can only sketch stuff properly XD. She looks like some sort of Goddess, and she could be presenting some form of spell, or enchantment. I dunno. It's nice and creative though. It'd look really nice with some dynamic shading. But it's still nice.
