It's my first person and as you can see, I put a fair bit of work into it. Comments? Ideas where I can get more tutorials?

I just noticed it after you told me.... LOL. BTW, he's deformed... his hands are too small... thus the custom made handle ;) No offence taken... I'll remeber this stuff for next time.

There's actually more tutorials on the 2draw boards? Oh, I didna know.Yep. Good eyes, and funny hair, although the latter needs some solid highlighting and the former needs pupils :) Your shadowing on the guy's face is of a different person.. aside from that and the white spots, good indeed! That said, the colouring could use a couple minutes of touch-ups with smaller brushes and significant zooming... Are the black things birds? Is the smile they make intentional? :) The sky isn't...something... just one dark cloud and the blue sky... The cloud could be darker on the bottom as opposed to lighter, and perhaps sans outline, clouds usually don't have those... and lightning is usually longer. It's the sword from your other picture! Although I think the handle shrunk, he may have trouble wielding it :P ... You asked for it! I didn't mean to be brutal, really, I'm just pointing out some things for next time ^^;; All in all, your best picture yet :D EDIT: I see the mountain now, but it needs shading along the cracks, and they're too erratic... or something. It makes sense though. |

eeee! Purdy :) hehehe (Caffeine, yes. Don't mind it, I've very normal on the inside, and golden fluffy on the out- oh...)The, ah, eyes. Yeah, the eyes are a little off becase one is higher than the other, but oh well, pfft. The hands are amazing, as is the hair and the shading. For the light, if you want to do more with is, perhaps low opacity water 2 brush on a separate layer, pale white-yellow, more opaque around the engery(?) ball; fading as you go farther away. Yeah, well, if you understood that; more power to you. ^^; Very, very good overall though! ^_^ Teehee.

Mmm, loverly. I love how the background/trees came out. I assume they're trees, anyway. ~_~ And you don't really notice the fence not being blurred, so don't worry 'bout it. ^^

It really didn't take 27 min..I got distracted and went to watch to tv. So i flipped thru the channels and saw space jam..i was like 'i haven't seen this since i was 8' and its really lame now...it special affects are crap...weird how it seems all cool at one time and now its all..poo |

Wow. That is extremely sexy. I'm not sure what to suggest, I can't come up with stuff like this...I think you should put in little clocks floating around, but you're welcome to ignore that. I can't wait to see it after you've added stuff!

You could try adding some overall shading to the entire piece, such as from one side/corner to the other, or even from the middle, outward. It doesn't need a lot, because it is mostly flat, but a little subtle shading might make a considerable difference.
