From Left to Right: Neptulia, Tia, Myraila, Floria. It's a family photo of Neptulia and Myraila, two royal sisters, their Grandmother, FLoria, and Myraila's mysterious "Hope Child", Tia. Myraila really wanted a daughter, but it was impossible, so one night, she prayed to the stars, and Tia just... Fell to her. True resemblance, too. Well, it's not too great, but I sort of like it!

This is just a picture of Speed Ball, a character in one of the games I've worked on. It's missing sneakers because I drew this in my networking class and I ran out of time. I personally like the shadowing on the ball.

Yea. This is very cool. The shading is cool too. |

this thing's cooler than masturbation.a few suggestions: give each brush type it's own size memory. rename paper intensity to Tone Intensity or Halftone shade. rename paper randomness to diffusion NEVER start out at any magnification other than 100%. possibly crunch them palettes so we can get more out of them (suggest: more space for swatches, or fill palette space with more intuitive shade controllors) support arc beziers (handles for the panzy's who can't handle two-click beziers ;) More to come. |

I'm doing a public beta testing because it is the quickest way to find bugs and problems. If you aren't aware of what Lascaux Sketch is, I urge you to go to the Sketch Studio Web site and check it out. You can also download the JTablet Plugin for windows, that allows you to use pressure sensitive tablet support.
ChinkyFlip (edited Feb 1, 2003)
Is there ever going to be an "Animated" Lauscaux sketch..? It would be interesting to see how it works.
marcello (edited Feb 1, 2003)
Yes, animation support is already partially implemented, and will be part of the program by version 1.0, but I decided to leave it incomplete for the initial beta testing, since it's already a fairly powerful applet.
thehappywakeboarder (edited Feb 5, 2003)
this is a really great program...the selction systemis a little sticky but you adaopt and you move on. keep up the good (excellent) work.
ky (edited Feb 10, 2003)
I didn't find anything wrong... but then again, I used only a few of the tools. Everything seems to be fine standardus. I enjoy the mapping and the selection of moves one makes.I concur that it is a powerful applet. Continue the work. |
