Very interesting...looks almost like its done on corrogated cardboard. The horizontals and spiral have an nice tension to them, and the colors are also nice. Hats are neat...have an interesting history too.

This is Aramis, a character for a .hack// rpg board. <33 He's a Long Blade. We get to make up our own outfits, thank goodness, and this is mine. Slightly inspired by Cloud Strife from FFVII. X3 The hair was TORTURE. Oh and the weird circles on his shoulder armor are spikes that are pointing at you. I failed at that miserably. Oops. Anyway. I'm proud of it. I was originally going to put it on the Beginner board because it was mainly to test out Shi, but I it came out better than I thought and I'm sticking it here. I hope you think it's good enough. <333edit: ignore the crappy ass background. I had no clue what else to do. :gonk: |

What's funny is that I was thinking of doing a picture based of a different FOB song. Hm. <3I really like the half-gradient-half-not shading look going on. Very cool. Awesome lineart. I like the abstract-ish hand especially.

The colors are very nice, and your style is very distinct. I think what I like best about this is the composition, and how the hair brings your eye to the other side of the canvas. |
