Venom's torso should be much much larger than that, his head should be like a ping-pong ball compared to his body.

don't be an ass...Search for a venom pic on google, he's drawn in a lot of styles. I suggest you make the shoulders wider though, it does look out of proportion with his legs. The legs do look a little too long for the rest of the body too, might want to adjust that. good start though

Maybe the flesh eventually just fell off the skull into a soupy mess in the bottom of the suit, producing a kind of canned stink.Either way it's a supercool illustration. I like the narrative of the description, too.
