Done. Unless you all are gonna be ridiculously nit-picky.Take a few hours off the timer for lapses when I've wandered away from the computer.
rydicanubis (Oct 30, 2003)
looks to me like a linx with the head of a wolf...hm... and a piece of advice? the whole thigh area is way to big, maybe make it slimmer so it joins the body further back, instead of near the middle? looks good though! :)
Harmanye (Nov 1, 2003)
I think the thigh looks fine, with the doggy, uh, thing, being poised like that, arched back and so forth.With the back thing, it remind me of a cat, when it's mad. Are you doing the whole picture in greyed tones or is the doggy-cat-wolf the only thing grayish? Or are you going to lay colour over it in a new layer? Or whatever. I'll stop rambling before -I- don't even understand me.
Turtlebuster (Nov 2, 2003)
oh, isn't he deer!? I think he looks more like a racoon than anything else.
mazi (Nov 7, 2003)

I went ahead and marked this as finished, but i'd like to touch it up sometime later. It's pretty base but I'm still fond of it.
Marienkind (Nov 4, 2003)
not really.. he drew a merman then deleted it (methinks). why did you delete pretty merman, kind sir?that cave thing could use some enhancement, but it probably would ruin the mysterious effect of the whole piece.
Turtlebuster (Nov 5, 2003)
No, I didn't delete the merman. It was just kinda stagnating there so it was deleted. thanks for the comments thoughthe wall needs something...
mazi (Nov 6, 2003)

This is a gift art to a friend. His flame-throwing character, Kamakazie Kamaro!(isn't that name just so cool?)
_Neko_Sama_ (Oct 29, 2003)
This really reminds me of Shadow except it's purple with blue things and the costume looks like Vash's. The BG ROCKS! But the shadow of the nose KINDA KINDA seems wierd (to me). Nah don't take anything that I say.
MC.Cracka (Oct 30, 2003)
the lines on the right ear are a little messed but besides that great pic
Doodlibop (Nov 6, 2003)
to be very honest Neko Sama, I was a little hesitant to put the shadow there, but I had to be somewhat realistic there. so ya. heh heh sorry bout that ^_^;and yeah I did mess up, thank you for pointing it out *sarcasm* lol, no seriously, thanks for the comment.
_Neko_Sama_ (Mar 13, 2004)
Again with the realistic thing! I just do shadowing my way which really sucks, which is very unlike yours. If it's one thing I hate to do, it's coloring... I luv it still though wich I forgot to add in my earlier comment. *here Marcello I took your advice; cold turkey is quite appetizing. I wonder if I spelled appetizing wrong someone plz tell me!* |

Hmmm...yes, my first drawing on the new 2draw will be an angel. Its like 1:31 am, so obviously there will be some kinks I need to work out. Oh, the type tool isn't working. Maybe I'm using it wrong? can anyone help me? Gahhhh...somethings bothering me about this...hopefully its something that can be worked out in color. Can one of the moderators grant me some more space to finish this pic please? I beseech thee. I cannot leave it uncompleted. Thanks ^_________________^ one more thing... I LOVE THIS SITE!!!!!!!!YAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!! ^_______________________^ *ahem* sorry 'bout that he he ^^;
marcello (Oct 21, 2003)
Looking good so far! welcome back.as for the text tool, it uses your current brush (eraser, blur, etc.) to draw the text, so if you're not in paint brush mode, it won't do what you might expect. There are advantages though (being able to erase or blur with text instead of freehand). Also, for the crispiest text, use a 1x1 brush, but you can get interesting effects if you play with that as well (for example, text shadow). And last but not least, I highly recommend using java 2 if you aren't, because java 2 supports any font you have installed which is a lot better than the default 3 or so ones.
tappie_chan (Oct 21, 2003)
OOOHHHHH thank you marcello. Its good to be home ^____^

Doodlibop (Oct 20, 2003)
See, Marcello? I'm not the only one! and thanks for your comment Reku!
marcello (Oct 20, 2003)
Actually I don't see, I don't believe either of you if you can't give me definite proof that it wasn't your fault.
Childlike_Vampire (Oct 20, 2003)
I love this picture, especially her teeth and the expressions on the little ball/bell things faces, lol. As for the Lascaux debate, none of my layers messed up, but I wasn't able to do as clean of line art on it. I am a mouse user. But it was because when I was coloring underneath my lineart, when my brush moved past the lineart, it would wiggle or something. lol. but more than likely it was just my computer. Also, I like the pixel by pixel drawing, similar to drawing in MS Paint. It seems more solid on shi than lascaux. But lascaux really does have more options. *gots to learn it bettah* I try to remain unbiased, not everybody does. >>;;
Aunvi (edited Oct 25, 2003)
Actually I do that a lot. I forget to switch layers sometimes, and it is possible you dragged your mouse over the layers and switch them. And it does tell you what layer you draw on in the history box. |

in the grand startlingly realistic tradition of uppitycrackerreference for the picture it's still reeaaaaally not done.... fractionally closer, though still not done...

I feel how he looks. But, looking past my own gay feelings, I have to say that its a great picture.

kk.....venting again, and this lady was the result. Heh, think it's one of my rp characters in real life if she were. And yes, her eyes are really infact a shade of blueish-purple. *grins*For those of you who wonder why I'm crazy for working with the paint applet, it's a challenge for me with the limited options and perhaps maybe I am a little nuts in doing so......*smirks* Never the less though do Enjoy. ^_^
timE (Feb 23, 2004)
so u spent seven hours in paint bbs?! what do you do for a living? is there a way to sell paintbbs?
EverDream (Feb 23, 2004)
Seven hours plus breaks...my hand would've broken if I didn't take any since I did this using a mouse at the time. And I'm a full time student in college at the moment. As for selling paintbbs...I think that's a question you should ask Marcello because I really wouldn't know a thing about that.
emmamommalag (Apr 19, 2004)
I love her eyes and hair. The skin too. Great work.

The very first thing that you have to decide is the style of the ring you are going to wear. You should give top most priorities to the comfort because you will not be able to resist yourself from taking out the ring from the finger if it is uncomfortable. Although we buy different type of rings, plain rings never go out of fashion. Similarly, you can be assured that plain gold rings are going to be there for decades to follow. If you do not like plain at all, you may opt for engraved ring or a ring with beaded edge. Alternatively, you may also buy a diamond ring in channel set style. The main point is that you should choose a ring that can clearly reflect your style and personality. <br />
<br />
Now, when it comes to choose the metal for the wedding rings, you may choose gold, silver or platinum
