I was wondering if anyone had any digital art that isn't Oekaki that they wanted to share? I thought it would be interesting.

I have Corel, but is is very hard to use... so confusing @.@ I've done only two drawings with it, but I also use it to refine a litle bit my oekakis.

I don't have any decent finished pics in photoshop, but I do have a work in progress:

Photoshop is the one thing I'm going to beg for christmas, even if everyone has to picth in to buy it and it's the only present I get. Right now the most advanced I have it Painter's Classic. No layers. *sigh* very hard to paint with it after this place. I've been so spoiled.

Photoshop doesn't have to be expensive, just borrow it from one of your good computer friends. *cough*

I don't know if the GIMP (Linux native) runs on Windows or Mac OSs, but it is free, and nearly as complicated as PS (isn't that why everyone loves Photoshop?), even moreso in some ways, because it isn't as intuitive, and some of the language they use for their tools and filters is nuts. I've forgotten the details, but I'm pretty sure I ran it somehow when I had Windows. Of course, you could run a Linux based platform, like Ubuntu, which is almost dead on Windows, but then you would have to work really hard to get all your old relliable equipment to work. Printers, scanners, tablets....back in the box you go.

I am in love with GIMP haha I have Windows Vista and it works fine with it :D GIMP is awesome plus it is free, and once you understand how to use it (relatively) it is really useful if you can't afford PS or just plain don't like it ^.^ I mostly use it for photo manips but sometimes for coloring.. I like to do linework on here though because it is more convenient for me :D

lol well nothing free thats not illegal-ish ... um ya, like downloading it cracked from limewire and such or u could just search it and u'd be able 2 get it free... anywayz, i have photoshop and painter that came with my tablet, b4 that i had a cracked version of elements and b4 that i borrowed vr.5.5

By cracking free soft wares that really costed me about 5 times in a row to repair my computer........D:>

The only thing free I have are only Open Canvas1, and Open Canvas3 plus, and thats all, but hey it got me in alot of trouble getting them.........:D

I've used GIMP for years, but the sad thing is, it was really hard to get my tablet to work with it. :O I do have a semi-legal version of Photoshop on my dad's computer (the computer was given to us by someone who bought it, but they copied the hard drive to another computer, so there's multiple copies of it with the same license key)... I love Photoshop because its tablet tools and history are a lot better than GIMP's. Otherwise, they're the same.

I wouldn't pay $300 to upgrade from GIMP to Photoshop, that's for sure.

I just downloaded OpenCanvas1 but I haven't drawn anything on it yet.
