Long time no see!! I was in Veracruz, later I traveled to Los Cabos... so it was a busy couple of week xD xD xD

Some days ago, here in M�xico we celebrated "deads day"... It's a really nice celebration, There is bread of the dead and pumpkin sweets, sugar skulls and tasty salty pumpkin seed! Yay for dead days!! x)----
There is also the altar, where we remember our dead familiars and "offer" them their favorite meals and the objects they used to like along with Cempasuchil flowers and candels

Most of you had Hallowen, so I thought it would be nice to draw a "Deads day/ Halloween" drawing for all of you :D

Ooo, I love this so far. I don't think you're done with the skull yet, but according to the light source it needs more highlights on the front of the face, near the eyes and nose (I guess you could call them that). I really like how this is coming! <3 Nice job!

Oooooh. Death taking the soul of a man on his death bed? If it is I like the way you've shown it. Death doesn't look scary or mean. He's the kindest looking skull I've ever seen. ^__^ I love how the hand is reaching for the man's face very tenderly. Very nice.

Fabulous! And we celebrated D�a de los Muertos at my school - many of the classrooms were decorated with shrines and papel picado. They even sold pan de los muertos in the library. I wish we had it as a holiday in the US. :-(
