working on lineart using zack's excellent tutorial. thank you very much, zack!edit- source came from this lovely lady, thus the title. okay, not quite how i pictured it. move to beginner if you want. but at least my lineart's improved a little, right?

man, this was fun. i've wanted to do this for a while. i tried to do a realism style leeloo (that's the chicky on the left for those of you who haven't seen "the fifth element") but... eh... watch the animation if you want to see why i stopped and just drew her cartoony.ps- yes, i watch dave the barbarian on occasion. no, i'm not ashamed. |

just wanted to clear out my studio. i'm informed that my perception of myself is the equivalent of looking in a funhouse mirror. why call it a "fun" house then? they always creeped me out. ah well, i'll stop being angsty when i stop being a teenager, i'm sure.

there are some troubles with the proportions, but since this picture is marked unfinished I assume you mean to fix those, it is turning out quite nicely :) Just a thought, but perhaps two layers for the wheat might be advisable, the extreme back would by a jagged line slightly shaded, and the fron would be finer detail with a few individual stalks (how many, of course, would be up to you, but putting them ALL on individually would turn out messy lokoing in the end.), and would also contain also the matted down wheat that would be beneath her, the color you have is perfect, also the general design (I believe) of the top part. Is it Winter Wheat? (just wondering :) Hopefully this isn't to wordy (or unintelligible) cartman! you're such a fat ass that when you walk down the street, people go, God damnit that's a big, fat ass!

Heh, now that you mention it, Zell did have it bad in 8^^;.At least he had his cool and didn't turn out to be like Irvine^^;.Nice work with the face design, I used to draw Zell a lot "back in the days" and that's what usually got to me.

just deleted that picture of antonio banderas i'd been working on forever just when i'd gotten the colors right (which is what's up with those three blobs, they were still in the applet and i wanted to preserve them), and being incredibly OCD i'm now freaking out about it. bleah. plus a thousand other things and all in all, i'm feeling fat and talentless and life just looks shitty. i'm going to go to bed.

i had this weird dream last night, and in one part there was this big room full of mud and right in the middle, cher was standing there with blonde hair, entirely naked, waist deep in mud, with her hair covering her boobs. it didn't come out like i'd hoped though, so if it's bugging you, move it to beginner.
