this is very beautiful. The lighting, the style, the technique are reminiscent of Vermeer or one of the Renaissance artists. Exquisitly done!I am not sure I get it either Dave, but I know I am way better at copying or having a model or something to look at than I am making the entire pic up in my own brain.

This is Dante' right? I did a full body picture of him on another Oekaki site, 5 hours painting, painting. Then the program decided to shit on it and I lost it. *sigh*He's beautiful Un. Wonderfully done.

I still think I did a great job on this too considering most things on this drawing, I picked up while I was working on it. I had no idea about hair. Clothing. and only a little bit of experience with digital art in whole, when I first started this. :"D I'm satisfied with the results none-the-less. This was done for a gifted photographer on deviant...desmo 100, she has beautiful floral photography, and macros, I hope she likes...THANKS EVERYONE! Thanks for all the kind comments and thanks for the showcase! :D

There's an old breed off rose called "peace" that is yellow,pink,red and white, like a sunset.beautiful, similar to this.god, fantastic!(no roses in Eugene Oregon , ugh, wet foggy gray, cold wet cold)

i wonder how you managed to do those skin textures so well...have you used an already oekaki texture? it looks great.the drawing is perfect,but i have the feeling that her left eye is a lil bit more lower than her right,and the mouth is not very simetrical with the nose.don`t take it as a offence,i just wanted to say what i noticed.I have problems in drawing the face proportions ,too.But this drawing is gorgeous,nice one,really nice one.

yea there's a few things slightly off, it was a really dubious angle. I just wanted to get the drawing done and start a new one :P If i was getting paid for it i'd have tried to get everything spot on.I cant put it right now because its finished, and i cant be arsed really anyway lol

Wow"!!!! When I saw this draw, I knew right away that this was Antonio Banderas! He is one of my most fave actors....I've been a fan of his forever! You did an absolute fantastic draw of him.....you are truly a super talented artist.....I love this draw!!! You certainly captured his essence......:)
