I think this title may need some explaining... There's this girl at my school who believes that science and magic are going to cause the apocalypse. Really. She refused to study evolution in Biology and to read Macbeth in English. She kind of scares me, but whatever. So, DNA, magic-y stuff, and surrealist backgrounds, for her. This would be finished, but I just noticed that it looks like her hand is backwards, so I need to fix that... |

*nanashi the wanderer once again, travels to this unknown land known as 2draw. A primitive board, but an oekaki none the less. The lack of palets... the lack of a darkening tool... too intimidating for the Nanashi to stay too long. Soon it will be time to return to the Fernblossom*

Well, as for palletes, you can make your own, so there isn't really a lack, unless you're refering to pre-made palettes. Then there aren't any, from what I know. The darkening tools are the burn and dodge tools. I'm not positive as to which one's darken, but one's a lightening tool and one's a darkening tool. I'm pretty sure that burn is lighten, but don't take my word for it. On most it's burn and dodge but on the Paint BBSit's just darken and lighten. Hope this helps!

Yeah but not like a watercolor darkening. In the paletted version, the darkening tool darkens the palet, by lowering the colors' numbers to make them darker. it does it automatically instead of mathimatically if that makes any sense x.x

*still has a bit of trouble with finding the Add Comment link*I remember going to a PaintChat where we all drew Anubises. (Anubii?) Jackal heads can be easy or hard, depending on how you draw them. The lines are nice, and just sketchy enough. The way it was colored is also nice; as you never blurred it, giving it a more textured look. ^_^

^_^ If anyone can name what this is (I know it's a whale, silly. It has a name...) then they will *probably* get a cookie. It depends on if I have one with me or not.Anyhow, it's my favorite of a number of things. It's also around Fourty Feet long, but it weighs less than 4 Grown Men. Oh well. At least it looks like it's supposed to... (It's not meant to look like a *regular* whale...)

Speaking of Furries... I need to make a furry furry. I only have anthros without fur, such as reptiles and similar creatures... Hmm... *thinks of a ferret, or maybe a mouse, or rabbit, or fox, or possibly an otter, or dog...*Oh, where was I? Oh, right. Commenting. Mustn't forget again! Perhaps you could use the Watercolor Tool in PaintBBS, or the Pen Tool on Oekaki Shi Painter to make a fur texture... And I believe Lascaux can do that, as well..
