Great draw, you emulated it perfectly. My only gripes are that where the neck meets the body seems a little bit awkward (did you use the line tool?) and there is a little bit of blue in the face.

Yeah, you could say I was heavily inspired by that very cover art. =d
There are a few leaks of colour and stuff, and the linework isn't that smooth.
I doubt i'll get around to fixing it though =[

Hmm, well I'd update but I really don't know what other games I'd be interested in for Gamecube besides Smash Bros. If I find a number of games I'd play, then I might consider it. But I believe you when you say it's fun :).

I'm sorry I missed this...Earthbound was my favorite Snes game. Loved Fourside.

Try Tales of Symphonia, in my opinion it's the best game for GC if you're into that type of genre.

Constructive criticism? I think constructive criticism is more specific than just saying someone should add more shadows and highlights. You might say where they'd put them and how they would go through with that to fix whatever problem. Generalizing as you have here is about helpful as saying you dislike the picture and someone asks what it is you dislike, and all you have to say is, "I dunno, but I don't."
