Practice for... something...

...I can't draw men... ><; bleh. So, I tried this... I used a reference, though... I dunno where it came from, 'cus I looked off of a printed picture... this is not near as good as the printed one... anyways... if you all could just help me a little bit... I would GREATLY, GREATLY, GREATLY appriciate it... >>

you got it from here. the only thing i can tell you is practice practice practice. and you dont need to submit all of that practice. but use references and tutorials if you need to. as well this might be of some help.

I choose this to be extrem due to sudical tendacies. Also this si just how i am feeling right now, and yeah style is the same as soemoen else but thast because ive had this user name just never used it and got another one so now i use it for my more pictures i cant have on my other. but it helps to take anger out.

oo, nice, love whats goin on here, the flames look great. tho, I'd like to see just a bit more definition on the ship, maybe a hint of blue in the highlights ~ but thats just me :)(slightly off topic, but how does one go about getting access to draw in this section? I'm used to working with a larger canvas myself, only reason I ask ^^)

Kasha has a lot of influence! This is good, but right now I think it looks like bathroom wall material. I would like to see this colored, as it has a lot of potential for different interplay between colors with all those arrows. Either way, this needs more work if it is to stay on the advanced board, but it's definitely a good start.Those poofy letters spell what, "nemo?"

haha, yeah, I was in love with the arrows. Although it looks cool as it is. I'm sure most would expect it to be colored since it's on the advanced board. remo?! hehe.

Hi all! Im struggling to revise a collaboration and not getting very far, method 3 very kindly explained about updating java- which I did - but I still get error messages and the image wont open at all now- I do think its probably my true lack of knowledge of applets- However I have been able to amend another collaboration so I wondered if its just an error on the script on just that one collaboration? its called lifedrawing class thursday night... Ok I dont want to be precious about it, just to...

aww i think its mean everyone makes fun of him. im pretty sure he hasnt been proven guilty yet. im not a big fan of his but hey.and for the record he had some skin disorder that made him white and his nose go all funny. vitiligo i think. google it if you want. im sure theres lots of pics/info.

Not sure where I'm going with this one. Once it's finished, though, I'm going to have to draw something with a headache-inducing palette. I must!Still... not quite finished. Need to work on the grass and roots some more, etc.
That's it. Overall I'm rather pleased with how this turned out, but it still could be better. :/

you dont always need to submit practice drawings. for improving shading id suggest reading some drawing tutorials or doing a study of real objects. no really, sit down and lay an object on the table in front of you with a decent light source (desk lamps are good) and practice on paper. really study it and see how you improve. as drawings are usually representations of what you see, looking at things right in front of you is a good way to improve. :) |
