Hi all! Im struggling to revise a collaboration and not getting very far, method 3 very kindly explained about updating java- which I did - but I still get error messages and the image wont open at all now- I do think its probably my true lack of knowledge of applets- However I have been able to amend another collaboration so I wondered if its just an error on the script on just that one collaboration? its called lifedrawing class thursday night... Ok I dont want to be precious about it, just to basically finish off the hand on it- perhaps if its reset back to unfinished longway could complete it...? I hope this makes sense I seem to be getting more confused! Thanks in advance for any help offered! (oops I think I sent this twice!)

I don't think I said this before, but you're probably going to want to try using another web browser besides AOL's thing.

AOL is a pain in the butt.. I have it too... mostly it works, but I do get some odd submission problems at times. If you have the memory capacity ( I don't on my crappy laptop) download Moxilla..as your browser. That is the one Marcello says is the best for 2draw..so do many others.

id say check all of your browser/java settings. go into java in the control panel and mess around with that, and go through your browser settings (options or whatever). i know theres a tab in java where you enable a browser. (i.e, mozilla etc) but i cant remember what else is there. good luck with that.

Thanks all- I eventually uninstalled the java plug in because its not compatible with my computer set up.... may just give up on the drawing and start something new.... as to aol- I will have to try changing browsers, but at present they are my cheapest option....

Web browsers can be and should be free. You will still need an internet service provider (like AOL) to get online, but the way in which you access information (the actual browser) is something completely different. Check out Mozilla or Firefox as a free (and definetly better) web browser.
