Great job on this one. I never really got into his music. He was alot like Dio, but with more of an operato singing style to it. |

There must be an easier way.

Thank you. Thanks, TCK. Still trying to work out how you get those subtle shadow effects without blurring the bejesus out of the line work. Also need to get a grip on the multi-layer effect.
TheCrimsonKing (May 20, 2005)
My eyes really enjoy looking at this. The spray and splatter of the blood is my favorite part of this piece. But all the other elements make this so appealing. Wonderful wonderful work.

thought I might have trouble with this one, and I kinda did
kejoco (Jun 18, 2005)
Great job lori...I think if you added just a little more of a brighter highlight on certain areas, like the cheek, nose chin and forehead, this would really "pop" out
davincipoppalag (Jun 18, 2005)
Worth the trouble.. this face is so interesting..and you really did a great job on the lighting..as always... I wish I could do this...
Gigge (Jun 19, 2005)

I wanted to post this to the intermediate board.*sighs* what’s done is done -_-A wind-up clown wrapped with a bow was given to a child. To her he gave the gift of laughter. She would wind him up & he would dance and play. He watched as she grew and he loved her. One day she grew up and moved far away. Then there was no one to dance for and he did not want to play. So with no one to wind him he wound down and died of a broken heart.
kejoco (Jun 17, 2005)
This is pretty coolGreat job on the clown, i love the colours you used
davincipoppalag (Jun 17, 2005)
This is a good drawing. It has interest, a story, great colors and it's well drawn.
Gigge (Jun 19, 2005)
What a great pic to go with the story. |

Kloxboy (Jun 16, 2005)
I'm getting ready to do a series of portrait paintings in oils but before I do that, I want to practice some coloring comps and techniques on 2Draw. I need someone to draw me a portrait which I can color/paint. I would draw these portraits myself but I figure it will be more beneficial for me if someone else does it, that way it's more challenging and spontaneous. Remember, you're just drawing in this collab, not coloring. The suject/person in this portrait should have interesting facial char...

(Apr 23, 2005)
This is my take on a photo of a busy Mexican marketplace. Just felt like doin something fun.
starmarked (Jul 8, 2005)
Very nice Aubrey, I don't know how I missed seeing this one. It really does look like a photo that was taken using a slow shutter speed in a fast paced market. This reminds me of something you would see in National Geographic or in the Smithsonian magazine :]
darkshadow (Sep 27, 2005)
wow this is wonderful great job
