That's kinda cool, reminds me of a Van Gogh portrait. But yeah, you spent 22 minutes on this and it's on the Advanced board, not good! I know you can do better than this. One of the other artists doing this project with me asked if he should use refs, this is what I said:
"Refs are great....you can use the eyes from one photo and then use another photo for the shape of the head. You want realistic elements in this portrait but how you mold it, shape it and distort it is where your creativity and artistic license comes in."
If you seriously want to do this collab with me, consider using refs and I think you should spend more time on your next attempt, if you decide to try again. The canvas size is pretty good I think, just draw over this attempt if you wanna try again.
