hey cat! Nice job. Like the chrome alot. The anatomy is off in the arms, but I have been following your draws at Udraw still (jes have not had time to comment, but I AM looking) and know you do the human body VERY well indeed. It takes time to learn the programs here. They are wonderful but I did not find them intuitive. I look forward to more as the tools become familar!!!

Such a happy looking picture! I like the addition of stray hairs to what you had previously. I dunno, I personally think the hat looks a lil fuzzy at least. I agree with Miss DJ though, very cute :).

this is really nice..i love the dress the hair..the style.one thing that bugs me a bit is the harshness of the black lines that are her eyes..it just doesnt seem to fit with the softness of the rest of the pic. her pose is just really cool tho. (again) |

I'm submitting this for critique. Before I paint my dragon/jhereg I wanted to try to make scales with just paint instead of painting each one individualy (too insane). The wing is fine, it's exactly how I wanted it to come out, but the body scales are a little iffy. I used both tablet plug-ins, the space bar nearly placed all the way to the right and tried different strokes, some circular, some cross hatching. Some paint, some burn and dodge, I'm not sure.... Help would be most welcome and wanted. ;)

Omni magizine is a great place for artistic inspiration. Part of the face came from the mag, the rest is mine. I was worried because I kept adding and adding. Something more with the eyes, maybe some more shading, some highlights.... that's what I kept saying and I didn't know when to stop. I think there could be more but I spent enough time on this.
